“17 Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come. 18 All this is from God, who through Christ reconciled us to himself and gave us the ministry of reconciliation; 19 that is, in Christ God was reconciling the world to himself, not counting their trespasses against them, and entrusting to us the message of reconciliation. 20 Therefore, we are AMBASSADORS for Christ, God making his appeal through us. We implore you on behalf of Christ, be reconciled to God. 21 For our sake he made him to be sin who knew no sin, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.” (2 Corinthians 5:17–21)
Who We Are
Ambassadors are bearers of light and truth whose sole purpose is to share the message of reconciliation within a dark and decaying world, leading the lost to the true light and source of life, Christ Jesus. As Ambassadors we stand firmly on Biblical truths, rely on the sanctifying power of the Holy Spirit, glean from one another through discipleship, and are connected to one another in community and fellowship.
“12 Put on then, as God’s chosen ones, holy and beloved, compassionate hearts, kindness, humility, meekness, and patience, 13 bearing with one another and, if one has a complaint against another, forgiving each other; as the Lord has forgiven you, so you also must forgive. 14 And above all these put on love, which binds everything together in perfect harmony. 15 And let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, to which indeed you were called in one body. And be thankful. 16 Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly, teaching and admonishing one another in all wisdom, singing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, with thankfulness in your hearts to God. 17 And whatever you do, in word or deed, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.” (Colossians 3:12–17)
The Greek word often used for church is “ekklésia” which consists of two Greek words, “ek” and “kaleo”. Ek means “our from and to” and Kaleo means “to call”. Giving us ekklésia which means “people called out from the world to God”. A more literal definition is “a gathering or assembly of people called out from their homes into a public place.” The church is not a stationary building with 4 walls at a roof, the building is simply a meeting place. The church is where believers gather together, therefore Ambassadors value the importance of community and team work as we partner in spreading the Gospel and raising up disciples.
First steps to becoming an Ambassador is to graduate from the Ambassador Course (AC)
ASC has four main focuses:
- Help you to understand who you are in Christ Jesus.
- Equip you for the work of ministry.
- Challenge and encourage you to grow spiritually.
- Immerse you into a community of Ambassadors who want to you see grow and walk in the fullness of what God has for you on this earth.

- Phase 2: Spiritual Conditioning
- This phase covers the 7 spiritual disciplines designed to strengthen and change your life spiritually.
- Phase 3: Consecrated Impact
- This phase deepens the understanding of being positioned with purpose and putting into practice everything learned.
